Purchase procedure
There are several ways to find the product you want in the online shop:
– you can search for a product using the navigation menu. Hover over the desired category in the menu and select the desired sub-category;
– you can also search for a product using the search bar. Enter the name or keyword of the product you want in the box .
The visitor is then taken to a sub-page with the products of the selected sub-category. On the left side of the screen, a filter of specific product attributes is placed to facilitate the search. You can preview the product – an image of the product is displayed (when you move the cursor over the image, icons for quickly adding the product to the basket, the product name and the price are displayed. Clicking on the product image or name opens the product subpage where the visitor can find:
– product image (click on the image to enlarge). It also indicates if the product is new and/or exposed or has a discount.
– the name of the product and a link to a section where you can write a review about the product. – Product price – may vary depending on the product variant selected
– stock information (if the product is out of stock, it is possible to send an enquiry by pressing “Call for price”.)
– all available product variants
– different options: sharing the product (email, social networks), product details, other customers’ opinions.
On the right-hand side there are boxes where you enter the desired quantity of products. The visitor adds the product(s) to the basket by clicking on the “add to basket” button at the bottom of the section. When the visitor adds a product to the basket, a preview of the basket appears. The visitor can then, if he wishes, complete the purchase immediately by clicking on “Checkout”. If the visitor selects the “View basket” option, he/she will be redirected to a page that leads to the basket overview and the completion of the purchase. There, the customer is given the possibility to edit the shopping cart (changing the quantity and/or possibly removing products). After each quantity change, the “update shopping cart” button must be pressed. Any discount code is entered by the visitor in the field provided and confirmed by pressing “Apply discount”.
If the visitor wants to empty the shopping cart completely, he/she should click on “Clear shopping cart”, if he/she wants to add another product, he/she should select “Continue shopping”. In the same place there is also a link to complete the order – “Proceed to payment”, where the customer enters his personal data for the order. Missing or incorrect content is displayed with a red frame and a correction warning. The delivery method is also selected at this point.
Clicking on the “Next” button will take the visitor to the payment method selection:
- PayPal payment (click on the blue button marked “Pay with PayPal”, a window will appear where you need to enter your PayPal account username and password);
- cash on delivery;
- by bank transfer or payment by invoice (upon completion of the order, the buyer receives an email confirmation of the order and payment details. The buyer enters the order number under the reference. The order must be paid for no later than three (3) days after receipt of the e-mail with the payment details. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order by Hei’An Ltd. The deadline for order preparation starts when Hei’An Ltd. receives the credit to the current account.)
- payment by direct debit to a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AmericanExpress);
Shopping with payment cards on Hei’An Ltd’s online shop is completely secure. Measures are in place to comply with national and European legislation governing payment services. The measures are designed to reduce online payment fraud.
Throughout the order completion process, the customer can see an “order summary”, which lists the products in the basket, the quantities, the total value of the order, and can change the delivery address and method of delivery.
The Customer completes his/her order by clicking on the “Place Order” button. Once the buyer confirms the order, a notification of successful completion of the purchase will be displayed, followed by an e- mail with the order details or confirmation of receipt of the order.
Followed by review and preparation of the order by Hei’An Ltd. The purchase contract between Hei’An Ltd. and the buyer is concluded when the buyer receives an e-mail with the notification “Your order is ready for shipment”. The confirmed order or purchase contract is stored electronically on Hei’An Ltd’s server. The Buyer may request a copy of the contract by sending an e-mail request to info@heianofficial.com.
The Buyer shall be bound by the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of placing the online order or purchase. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms his/her awareness of the General Terms and Conditions.
