Return of products

The Buyer has no right of withdrawal in contracts for goods:
– made to the consumer’s precise instructions (tailored to his/her personal needs),
– which, by their nature, are not eligible for reimbursement,
– that shows visible signs of use or installation of the product (dust, hair, scratches, stains, dirt – hygienic impurities),
– which is returned inseparably and mixed with other objects.

If the Buyer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, the Buyer must return the goods to the Company undamaged and in the same quantity within 14 days of the Company’s notice of withdrawal. The goods or product should be returned in their original undamaged packaging to avoid any reduction in the refund. The Buyer should enclose a copy of the original invoice and any other relevant documentation with the return. The packaging of the product must be undamaged.

The Buyer shall be liable for diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution in value is due to handling which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be made by Hei’An Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal. Hei’An Ltd reserves the right to withhold the refund of payments received until you have taken delivery of the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back. The company will refund the purchase price received by the same means of payment used by the buyer at the time of purchase, unless the buyer has expressly requested the use of another means of payment. In the case of cash on delivery, the company will transfer the money to the buyer’s transaction account.

The time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal starts to run from the date of acceptance of the goods by the customer in the case of supplies of goods, and from the date of conclusion of the contract or from the date on which the undertaking has fulfilled its obligation in the case of services.

The Buyer may withdraw from the Contract by sending an unequivocal statement of withdrawal by e- mail to info@heianofficial.com. The Buyer shall be deemed to have made the withdrawal declaration in due time if he sends it within the time limit set for withdrawal from the Contract.
